Systems Integration Engineer Senior
Location: Washington, DC
Job Description:
Performs as the master integrator, bringing together image development and software development of simulation systems. Evaluations system function, defines requirements, provides senior level management to the development of simulation software from an open systems design approach. Additionally, the integration manager evaluates manufacturing processes, designs process improvements, and ensures all processes consistently evolve and improve with the advent of new technologies and shifting customer priorities. The most critical skill provided is management of full life cycle software development and process improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
20 years of experience in delivering and managing enterprise-wide software engineering projects and training applications. A minimum of 3 years managing the development of the TRX Simulator suite, and a demonstrated knowledge of X-ray technology and the image development/threat development process. Extensive experience must be applications development in a highly complex integrated environment, integrating multiple image based technologies. Understanding of X-Ray, Millimeter wave, Backscatter, and Computed Tomography is a must.
Education Qualifications:
B.S. Computer science, mathematics, or other related discipline.
