.NET/C++/PLSQL Programmer Level 4
Location: Washington, DC
Job Description:
Performs analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of C#.NET/C++/PLSQL technology client/server, web based and n-tier applications. Designs, codes, tests, develop, and documents application programs. Works with users to define system scope and objectives. Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Creates computer, subroutine and procedural forms and documentation. Establishes and performs in accordance with established project standards and processes.
Principal Programmer will serve as the lead technical team member with supervisory responsibility performing analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of C#.NET/C++/PLSQL technology client/server, web based and n-tier applications. Manage design development, coding, testing, develops, and documents application programs. Work with users to define system scope and objectives. Supervise all work conducted at the Programmer and Senior Programmer levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
6 years of experience designing and developing C# .NET applications, proficient with object oriented programming paradigm to include objects, classes, subclasses, virtual methods, co-routines, and discrete event simulation. Majority of programming experience must be applications development in a highly complex integrated environment, integrating multiple image based technologies. Understanding of X-Ray, and Computed Tomagraphy is a must.
Minimum Education Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or higher
