Job Description:
Coordinates and conducts project planning meetings with user groups to determine proposed scope of work, including building areas affected, significant controlling issues, obstacles or restrictions, required coordination with other service groups and utilization of acquisitions space. Develops a space plan to accommodate needs of users, ensure project objectives are clearly defined, formatted and communicated to appropriate parties. Documents project costs, prepares special reports, coordinates cost information with available systems, builds a database to enhance planning efforts and performs other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of facilities work experience and knowledge of facility management restrictions/requirements and terminology.

Education Qualifications:
B.A. degree in related discipline.
