Engineer Modeler Lead
Location: Washington, DC
Leads Mathematical Modeling Engineering activities. Develops highly complex mathematical models to evaluate human and equipment performance based upon vast quantities of data (between 6.6 and 14 million records per month). Models are develops to assess current state and provide analysts the ability to forecast trends and establish benchmarks for future state. Leads application development to support human performance analysis. Conducts data analysis of large data sets and conduct trend analysis. Leads development of methodologies and selection of data analysis tools to respond quickly to customer data requests. Evaluates and Analyzes technical requirements for image based TSE and recommends changes based upon operational priorities and mathematical decision models. Based upon analysis, develop innovative solutions to customer requirements and oversee implementation of technical solutions. Develop reports of results and present to senior level leadership, both internal and external.
8 years of experience conducting analysis and engineering/implementing technical solutions. Extensive experience in mathematical modeling, process modeling.
M.S. in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field.
