Job Description:
Applies data analysis methods and tools to conduct performance analysis of operational and test data. Develops mathematical models to evaluate and project equipment and human performance trends. Produce periodic and ad hoc reports to communicate findings at various levels of aggregation. Derive metrics based on operational objectives and conduct analysis to determine training needs/gaps. Deliver analytical support to integrated project teams as required. Provide support to Program Management over all phases of Acquisition Lifecycle. Support customer in identification of needs and pursue new opportunities to support these needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Have demonstrated an ability to perform statistical analysis. Must be a savvy user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access with proven analytical and technical skills. Familiarity with Oracle database analysis tools. Skilled communicator both oral and in writing.

Education Qualifications:
B.S. degree from an accredited college in mathematics, operations research, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
